Villa Serena, "House of Tranquility" is a complex of 10 villas that share a common garden and swimming pool in the heart of the Golden Zone. Each villa has roughly 1750 to 1,940 square feet of living space and 500 square feet for a private terrace and garden. The common area is 11,850 square feet, including gardens, swimming pool, lounge chairs and palapas.
Views from all bedrooms and living rooms are to the interior gardens and swimming pool. No noise from the street.
Designed and constructed by Benny Gonzaled, a noted architect from Phoenix , Gonzalez, created an air of tranquility and relaxation for families in the most touristy part of Mazatlan.
